A group, not a directory
Ten local businesses, one per trade. Nobody else in your group does what you do, so the work that comes up in your trade comes to you.
A local referral network for trades, property managers and real estate agents. Our team makes every introduction by hand - so you stop cold-calling, and start every conversation already vouched for.
They manage apartment buildings. Property managers like this typically bring in electricians for planned work and emergencies.
Not a directory, not a lead list, and not a pile of names to ring. A small group of businesses in your city who each hold one trade, and a team whose whole job is introducing the right two of you to each other.
Ten local businesses, one per trade. Nobody else in your group does what you do, so the work that comes up in your trade comes to you.
A matchmaker writes to both sides and waits. Nothing reaches the other business until you have both said yes - so no one is ever cold-called out of the blue.
Your group meets regularly with a business coach. Meetings, notices and the businesses holding each seat are all on one screen.
You arrive on a private link - no password, no forms to fill in. Four short steps, and nothing is sent anywhere until you press the button yourself.
To a large property company in your area, written for you. Read it, change anything you like, and submit it - or skip it.
A business near you that works with your kind of customer, with the reason you were matched written out plainly.
The kinds of business you would happily take referrals from. Untick any you would rather skip.
Pick a day and a time that suits you. Your matchmaker learns what you do, then sets up your first introductions.
Your matches, the introductions waiting on you, your conversations and your group - one screen, built for a phone. Open your link and it is there.
You ask. A matchmaker writes to the other side. Only when you have both said yes does anyone learn who the other one is.
Meet the property managers and building owners who hire your trade all year - planned work and emergencies - and the trades who are already on those jobs.
Build a bench of trades you can call on standing terms, each one vouched for by the group rather than found on a search page at 6pm.
The managers and trades your buyers and sellers need before a listing goes up - and people who send owners back your way.
A group is ten businesses in one city, each holding a different trade. That exclusivity is the point: when someone in your group is asked for your trade, there is only one name to give.
You will be asked to trust us with your name and your reputation, so here is the honest shape of it, in the same words we use inside the app.
Other members see your trade and city. Your name appears once you have both accepted an introduction.
Phone and email are shared only once a conversation is open between you.
Introductions and conversations can be read by the Project Referral team, so they can step in and keep the network safe.
Your private link is how you get in. If it ever goes astray, we replace it and the old one stops working at once.
Ask below. Someone from Project Referral calls you, goes through what the network is and what a seat involves, and answers anything you want to ask. If your trade is open in your city, they send you your own private link and you are in.
We go through membership properly on the call, including the cost, what a seat includes and how you can leave - before you are asked to decide anything.
No. You get a private link. Open it on your phone and that phone remembers you, so the next time you tap it you land straight on whatever is waiting for you.
They go to the person who recruits for the network, so they can call you. They are not sold or passed to other members. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we mark it and stop.
Always. Every match has a "Not for me", every introduction has a "Pass", and neither is ever shown to the other business as a refusal.
Then that seat is held by someone else, and we will tell you so plainly. We keep you on the list for the next group in your city, or for a nearby one that still has your trade open.
Groups are running in Sacramento, San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose, and we open a new one whenever there are enough businesses in a city to fill the seats. Ask anyway - being on the list is how a new city starts.
Open the private link we sent you - that link is your way in, and there is no password to remember. If you have lost it, ask us and we will send a new one.
No commitment, and nothing is sent to anyone else. One of our team goes through it with you first, and you decide after that.
